Lisboa

There are cities that amaze us in the most different ways. Lisboa, for me, was one of them. Its particular urban structure, those old narrow streets, hundreds and hundreds of stairs leading you to breathtaking miradouros, decadent alleyways, the Moor domination that blends with European culture, the red roofs of Alfama, the ancient walls of the Castle, the colourful azulejos which paint the antique façades of Bairro Alto buildings, the old yellow trams, the tasty douradinha, the delicious pastel de nata, the rain, the sun, the wind. Oh yes, Lisboa: you stole a little piece of my heart.
